All Island Homes are built on a choice of Residential 'A' land locations that include power and water and council garbage services. All Island home-sites' wastewater is by septic or environmental systems, as currently no sewerage services are connected to the Islands, and all land has been soil tested by a Geotech engineer and certified as suitable. Home sizes on the Island are council dictated by the land size, being sufficient for wastewater dispersal.
